Obviously a good physical shape allows you to progress faster.
Progression above 4000m is more tiring than at low altitude, this is due to the lack of oxygen.
If you have mountain experience even in the winter season and have already reached another 4000m of intermediate difficulty you will be able to participate

The registration fee includes:

– 2 days with a mountain guide
– Accommodation costs and personal and guide half board
– Personal and guide cable car expenses
– Membership in the Adventure Dreamers group in your region, being able to participate in free self-organised activities of our members throughout the year.

However, it does not include travel to the places where the event takes place and the rental of ice axe, crampons, harness and helmet.
The event will take place in the Mont Blanc massif in the locations indicated in the Programme. However, due to weather conditions or the state of the glaciers and in any case for safety reasons, the Alpine Guide reserves the right to modify the program at its sole discretion.
In the morning the wake-up call is scheduled for around midnight, around 1am.

Meeting point in Courmayeur on the first day at 11am (the precise location will then be indicated by the guide). By car you will go to Chamonix.
