Excellent physical condition. Trained person who practices sports even at a non-competitive level. Previous experience on steep terrain. Have successfully completed an Advanced internship with Adventure Dreamers or comparable mountaineering curriculum. You can see this article for comparison.
Obviously a good physical shape allows you to progress faster.
Progression above 4000m is more tiring than at low altitude, this is due to the lack of oxygen.
If you have mountain experience even in the winter season and have already reached another 4000m of intermediate difficulty you will be able to participate

The registration fee includes:

– 4 days with a mountain guide
– The guide’s accommodation and half board costs – Membership in the Adventure Dreamers group in your region, being able to participate in free self-organised activities of our members throughout the year.

However, it does not include nights and half board in the refuges, the guide’s lunches, travel to the places where the event takes place, the cable cars and the rental of ice axes, crampons and harnesses.
The event will take place in the Mont Blanc massif in the locations indicated in the Programme. However, due to weather conditions or the state of the glaciers and in any case for safety reasons, the Alpine Guide reserves the right to modify the program at its sole discretion.
